These Terms govern your use of GetUniSmart’s platform and services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
3. Use of Platform
You agree not to:
- Upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Share your account with others
- Copy, distribute, or resell GetUniSmart materials
- Violate any applicable Nigerian laws or academic integrity standards
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including CBTs, e-books, voice notes, and designs, are the intellectual property of GetUniSmart unless stated otherwise.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetUniSmart is not liable for academic results or third-party actions. Services are provided “as is.”
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
