1. Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

• You were mistakenly charged for a premium plan
• You report technical issues that prevent access and we are unable to resolve them
• The request is made within 7 days of payment

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after access to content
• Partial use of services
• Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window

• Your full name
• Email used for account
• Payment reference or screenshot
• Reason for refund request

Requests will be reviewed within 5 working days. Approved refunds will be issued through your original payment method within 10 working days.
