All materials on the GetUniSmart platform — including CBTs, audio tutorials, e-books, visuals, and software — are protected by Nigerian copyright law and international treaties. Unless otherwise stated, content is owned by GetUniSmart or its licensors.

2. Permitted Use

Users may access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial academic purposes. No part of the content may be copied, distributed, modified, or published without written permission.

3. User-Generated Content

If you contribute content to the platform (e.g., notes, tutorials), you must:

• Own or have permission to share it
• Not infringe the rights of others
• Grant GetUniSmart a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for educational purposes

4. DMCA/Take-Down Requests

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please email getunismart100@gmail.com with:

• Your name and contact info
• Description of the work
• The exact URL/content location
• A statement of good faith
• Proof of ownership

We will investigate and take appropriate action.

5. Consequences of Infringement

Violations may result in removal of content, account termination, and possible legal action.
